Wheel Alignment Discs

Steel Wheel Alignment Discs allow precision alignment of racing kart chassis for less rolling friction and higher top speeds as well as improved acceleration and handling. The Discs bolt onto the hub in place of the tire and rim assembly allowing you to set toe in and camber with the driver sitting in the kart. This is very important as the front end requires adjustments with the kart fully loaded and the chassis in compression. Adjustments can be easily gaged with a tape measure, precision steel rule or a dial indicator inside gage. One inch holes in the Discs allow a tape or rule to pass through the Alignment Discs to set toe in without removing any body work.

Use the Alignment Discs and a common bathroom scale to adjust chassis weight ratio from side to side and front to back. Alignment Discs are invaluable in checking a kart after an accident. Install one disc on the front and one on the back to check frame squareness, parallelism and offset. Alignment Discs make chassis straightening really possible. The discs are manufactured from 12 gage steel and are plated with a bright zinc finish. Alignment Discs will fit hubs using 1/4 inch or 5/16 inch bolts.
